If all of your items are in stock, your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days after being despatched. However, despatch times may vary, as they depend upon various factors, including but not limited to the number of orders in the queue, time of the year and courier collection times. Similarly, delivery times are approximately as they are outside of our control and Royal Mail or a courier might take unto 10 days to deliver your package.
Due to the courier and Royal Mail rules in place, we can not raise a claim until 10 working days have lapsed from the date your order was despatched.
Furthermore, on some occasions, we ship directly from the manufacturer and delivery times can be between 2-4 weeks. If delivery is going to be unusually longer then this we will notify you by email.
