Maulana Syed As'ad Madani was a great scholar, freedom fighter, orator and parliamentarian. His life remained a  struggle for the rights of people and he continually raised important issues in the Indian parliament i.e administrative, communal, educational, social and minorities issues. 

This book is not merely a collection of speeches, it is a historical document which indexes the problems faced by the Muslim community of India after independence.

Maulana As'ad Madani delivered all his speeches in Urdu. These speeches have now been translated into English to make for a wider readership.
