Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days after the order has been shipped from our warehouse, provided items are held in stock within our warehouse.
On some occasions, we ship directly from the manufacturer and delivery times can be between 2-4 weeks. If the delivery is going to take longer then normal we will notify you in advance by email.
FREE delivery (if offered) is only for UK mainland addresses and is only FREE if goods have been successfully delivered to the customer and are accepted by the customer. If goods are returned to us either undelivered (except where it was couriers' fault or where we made a mistake in putting correct address), or if goods are rejected by the customer then we reserve the right to charge normal delivery and shipping charge to customer's address. This will be invoiced to the customer and customer will have the option to pay using their funds sitting with us or using PayPal or a credit or debit card.
