Refund policy

Returns Policy:

At IslamicGoodsDirect we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a returns policy that is over and beyond your statutory rights and is as easy as 1-2-3. Please feel free to return and exchange items within 28 days of purchase. We gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged, pet hair and odour free items, that are returned in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund or exchange. 

Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Final Sale’ are deeply discounted and therefore non-returnable unless faulty.

    1. Send us an email to obtain RMA: connect@islamicgoodsdirect.co.uk , please include your order number, items that you wish to return and reason for return. Returns sent without RMA can get lost or allocated to the wrong fulfilment batch therefore it is very important to obtain RMA before you return anything. 
    2. Once you have received a RMA, please package your return securely, we usually don’t recommend reusing the packaging in which you received your order from us, especially in case of heavier or delicate books, therefore either use new packaging or reinforce old packaging by adding additional layer of bubble wrap or packaging materials, in case you want to reuse it. We recommend you send it by 2nd class and obtain a proof of posting from the post office, so that if your package is lost you can claim compensation from the post office. If you are returning an item over the value of £25, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance, or buy a service that includes a higher cover (Post Office can advise you on this further). Please bear in mind, if we do not receive your return we cannot process a refund. 
    3. Once we have received your return we will inspect the goods and if they have been returned as per the terms defined above, a prompt refund will be issued to the original method of payment you used. 

Your statutory rights are not affected. We are governed by the English law.
