To excel in leadership, one must have very special qualities. Some acquire such qualities as they grow more mature, while others possess them from the outset. The later are called ?born leaders,? the Prophet Muhammad being the best example. His conduct and qualities made it possible for him to excel in all branches of management and leadership to a degree which is still unmatched to date. Young, would be leaders should, therefore, endeavour to acquire these exceptionally befitting qualities, so as to surpass all others in the field of management, thus achieving the goal of leadership.
