Forty Hadith

Islam is the religion of knowledge; especially such knowledge as is related to the understanding of Allah. The Prophet Muhamamd held that seeking knowledge was incumbent on every Muslim. According to a Hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas; the Messenger of Allah said; ?For those who go on a quest for knowledge; Allah will smooth the path to Paradise.? As the title suggests; this book is a compilation of 40 Hadiths which stress the importance of knowledge; learning and teaching.
