Ita'at-e-Rasul (sallaLlahu 'alayhi wasallam)

This is the re-print of Shaykh Mawlana Yusuf Motala's first academic work, calling for the importance of total obedience to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). Its first print was published fourty years ago under the guidance and with the special prayers and attention of his shaykh, Shaykh al-Hadith Mawlana Muhammad Zakariyya Muhajir Madani (may Allah shower him with His mercy).

The shaykh explains convincingly, in a lucid and heart rending manner and through various angles, that success in both worlds can only be attained by those who follow in the footsteps of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), and that shame and disgrace in this world and the hereafter is the lot of those who refuse to follow the Prophetic Way. This is further supplemented with inspirational anecdotes of strict adherence to the Sunnah which manifested itself in the lives of the Companions and the righteous predecessors.
