¿Qué es el Islam? (Spanish What is Islam)

El concepto de Dios en el Islam provee al hombre una ideología en la cual la pérdida se hace ganancia y la adversidad trae albricias. En la sumisión a Dios y viviendo una vida orientada hacia Dios es que el hombre se hace pleno y realizado. Cuando el ser humano descubre a Dios y le alaba; cuando su mente se orienta hacia Él y le recuerda; cuando le pide algo en una plegaria establece un contacto directo con su Creador. Tal como dice el hadiz, en ese momento particular él se comunica en susurros con su Señor. Tiene la segura sensación de que mientras él le abre su corazón a su Dios, El responde a su llamado. Empieza a recibir inspiración de Dios. Este es el principio de llevar una vida orientada hacia Dios y el desarrollo de una personalidad positiva.

The concept of God in Islam provides man with an ideology in which loss is turned to gain and in which adversity brings with it good tidings. And it is in submission to God and living a God-oriented life that man finds complete fulfilment and purpose of life.

When he discovers God and worships Him, when he remembers Him, when his mind is turned towards Him with full concentration, when he makes a request or a plea, he establishes a contact with his Creator.

In the words of the Hadith, at that particular moment he comes to whisper with his Lord. He has the tangible feeling that he is pouring his heart out to God and that God in turn is answering his call. He starts receiving inspiration from God. This is the beginning of living a God-Oriented Life and the development of a positive personality.
